Different persons may need different amount of time to have a good rest. For me, I need at least seven hours to have a good rest during the night. If less than that, I may feel uncomfortable in my brain and hard to focus my attention on any stuff. How about you? How many hours is enough for you to have a good rest?

Hello my friend. I don't have enough sleep a day because I sleep late and have to get up early. I usually sleep seven hours a day or so, but when I have a rest on weekends, I can sleep as many hours as nine hours. I always wish to have enough time to sleep. I could sleep a little longer if I sleep earlier at night, but it seems that I can only spend more time on the Internet at night after work. Take care, friend.

Hi there. Usually, 5-6 hours of sleep is enough for me but these days, I can't seem to get enough sleep. I usually feel lethargic and sleepy and it's really starting to affect my job. I hope I can get over this soon, though.

Six to seven hours is enough for me to retrieve my energy to face a new day. However if during weekend and I do not have work then I usually sleep for 8 hours or more. This is one way to relax myself.
