I believe Bin Laden should go to jail and Hussein should go to prison.

Light-heartedly speaking, if given the choice, I would send both to anothe planet since the decision is tough to take on planet earth! Coming to earthy decisions, I would send Saddam to jail because Bin Laden has already become a legend like 'Marx', 'Mao', and other political/statesman profiles. Sending Bin Laden to jail would have no retro effect on Terrorism. He's done what he wanted to start - namely self-sacrifice in the name of 'Jihad'. Sending him to jail will have no effect in the growth of terrorists and terrorism, whereas sending Saddam to jail would reduce the number of Shias and Kurds killed in Iraq. If Saddam were to be released or acquitted, it would be a blood bath once again for these two sects of Islam. So, my choice is 'Saddam'.
