I am concerned about my battery.I just purchased this new Studio 15 with a 9 cell battery and I want this battery to last me through work.I will begin in the fall.So I am using the laptop at my desk at home, is it better for me to take the battery out and just use the AC adaptor for power. If so, how often should put the bettery back it to make sure it doesen't die?Or would it be okay if I kept the battery attached and the AC adaptor in at the same time? Would that eventually start reducing the battery life?Any other input you may have about laptops or anything would be appreciated.Thank you!

Leaving your laptop plugged in all the time will decrease the life of the battery. You should unplug and drain the battery at least once a week and then give it a full charge again. That is the best way to maintain your battery.
