Do you like to dump your cookies in milk?

We all have seen this tradition. I tried eating my cookies this way, and I did not too much like it. It left my cookies wet and soggy. It has to be eaten quickly. I would rather just eat my cookies on a plate and then have a cold glass of milk on the side of me. I would just eat my cookies without dipping it in the milk. So, how do you like to eat your cookies? Dumping or just by consuming it seperately? Please share your likes and dislikes. Thanks!

I do not do this. I eat cookies as cookies. I don't dump them in milk. My child does this so much. Even with bread. As for me, I can't appreciate the taste if I dump it in milk. So I would rather it cookies or bread alone rather than eat them soaked with milk.

Dude white bread in very cold milk has a totally different taste than bread alone. I found this when I was pregnant and still sneak it once in a while for a dessert. It is sweeter this way.

No, I don't dunk my cookie in milk like on the Oreo cookie commercial. I like to eat it as the way it is.

I like to eat my cookies separately, I've never dumped them in milk, I don't like milk anyway, I'm lactose intolerant..haha. Now if I eat brownies, I like to have them with milk, but I use a lactose free milk, so it doesn't bother me.

Hi cream! I'm with you! I have never like soggy cookies! I don't even like milk! So as for my dunking cookies, no way! If I was going to have milk with them it would have to be chocolate milk or hot chocolate or some other drink anyway! I have never liked the idea of dunking my cookies and eating them all soggy and I just don't understand how anyone could actually like them this way!

No, not with cold milk but you can try damping cookies in hot tea or hot milk. Then you will surely like it. I do use to eat cookies by making it wet and soggy. It increases the taste by 100 percent!LOL

No it makes you bickys soft in certain case like rich tea I dunk in tea.

I don't drink milk so I don't have the experience of dunking them in milk but I do like to eat cookies with hot tea (not dumping them in the tea of course). Unless cookies are really moist they make my mouth go dry Great question Thanks Zelo

Hello cream. My father likes this way a lot. He just eats cookies this way, but not in milk, only in boiled plain water. My father buys two boxes of cookies each time. After he finishes them, he buys them again. I also love the kind of cookies my father eats.

O.k. this is a tricky one. Some cookies are best dunked in milk some are only good dunked in coffee but a really good soft and chewy cookie gets the full respect of not being dunked at all. Yes the fat chick gets complicated with her cookies. Cool topic.

Dunking is the only way to go!! My family thinks I am gross for dipping my cookies in my milk but I don't care. I think oreos are definately the best to dunk but I also love dipping brownies in milk as well..
