It does not make sense to publicly say that for which party you are going to vote...but this time I can not stop my sentiment and will vote for BJP. I think the time is crucial for India and a leader like Advani can sail through us. The country needs leader like Advani not a pleader like ManMohan Singh. Being an economist does not make sense if you can not take decisions.... The interesting thing is that when you support BJP you will be called a communal...People here needs to learn the definition of communalism.

Defenitely I would also vote for BJP instead of the other parties which I feel is totally correct. What has the Congress done to the Indian people? Even after the intelligence reports why was the Government sloppy in letting the terrorists in? Now they want Varun Gandhi hanged instead of Afzal Guru ...hahahaha...the joke of century to me.

There is a reason why people consider the BJP communal. The largest base of BJP is the Sangh Parivar, and we are all mature enough to understand that, aren't we. However, whether it would be good for the country to have BJP in power - I think yes. They tend to take bolder decisions and steps and are more progressive in nature than the appeasing policy Congress. That might sound harsh but certainly good for the country's development. However, it will also be true that BJP is actually communal in its nature; its endorsing of Varun Gandhi is a testimony enough for this. Also, I don't think how effectively it can handle the Sangh Parivar trying to spread some intolerance like the Mangalore bar incident or covering up incidents like the Malegaon blast.

Siddarth , Varun Gandhi spoke about the people who are anti social elements & the terrorists.Who had the courage to talk like that in public?Tell me frankly can you get people to protest against him other than the muslim community & the other political outfits? Yes you can bring people with your money for the protests but generally even some people who come for all these political rallies & the like may skip the protest like this as what Varun Gandhi spoke the truth & all Hindus as well as patriots support this.

Varun he just want to shoot into limelight, what experience does he have in politics, even his mother, she spoke of stray dogs - dont kill the dogs even if it kills your children- that is their motive..... forget such people, they just want to become famous and be in the headlines all of a sudden.... he did it well

So, will you support Mehboob Mufti who was openly showing the flag of Pakistan in a rally in Kashmir. She did it when there was a PDP-Congress led government. Do you think that Varun is not famous. He is famous that is why this much drama happened. Though definitely he has said something wrong...but then you have to take care of the sentiment of people of Pilibhit. This area is the prime point to deport Face Indian Rupees in India. Mr. Beg a minister in Nepal used to do this with local support. After the assassination of Beg, it is still going on..who is responsible. And then, his comment on Osama was perfect. He was referring to Paswan who was taking a look a like of Osama in the last election. Why, you know well?

I vote most of the time to BJP because I like Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He was an eminent person. But now after seeing the happening in Karnataka, I feel that I must not vote for BJP, because they are trying to divide India, and inviting more terrorism from outside, Karnataka was a peaceful state, not they destroyed the peace, they brought fake stories about religion and trouble started. Are the BJP sowing the seeds of Hate among Indian ? Do they deserve to be Voted....you decide

So, it proved to be a hard luck for you Rashmie. I had also voted for BJP and as a consolation my candidate won from my area. Any way, I fully subscribe with your views that in this crucial time it would be better if L K Advani would be the PM. However, that was not to be and that does not happened. I have still some reservations about the result. With only 28.06% vote they are ruling the country winning more than 200 seats. Don't forget they had won same no. of votes in 1999 election with about hundred seats less. Bad luck for India.

Well given the rule of congress for the around 50+ years and the rule of NDA regime for 5 years. I would think voting for NDA is a sensible choice. COngress had an agenda of Garibi and aam admi. But what has it done in the past 50+ years of its rule to wipe out garibi and help aam admi? Congress is a party which calls BJP communal but gives loads and loads of privilages to muslims to attract minority votes. Congress had almost forgotten that India is a secular country. Secularism means all the people are same irrespective of their caste, creed and color. Then why this pro muslim agenda? Congress is party of beggers, The entire party begs a single family to stand on its knees. First It was Nehru, then Indira, then her sons, Now here daughter in law and grandsons? DOesn't COngress have any better leaders. I must remind them that around 60 years ago the concept of kingdoms and coming to power on basis of descent was abolished. COngress is a party of slaves and I dont expect this party to do anything new if given another chance. I have had enough with congress. 50+ years is too much of a time and they dont deserve any more chances. We need a change and hope there is a change!

That is the polciy of Congress. They will never allow the poverty to be eradicated. It is like Lalu in Bihar who did not supported education during his days since he sensed that only illiterates can support him. Thanks

I think that the other parties than BJP and Congerss are responsible of india's downfall in the last 20 years . So I will vote for either BJP or congress. Out of Manmohan singh and LK Advani I will vote Advani, because he can take stronger decisions. So I am with you I will vote for BJP.

Yes Adwani is by far the better leader than Manmohan Singh, its for the first time that a party's presidents residence(10 janpath) is more important than the P.M of country, do any one know whats the address of our honourable P.M...lol. Sonia Gandhi is acting as virtual P.M as before every decision Manmohan requires her permission to carry forward. Manmohan Singh is though one of the few honest leaders we have in our country, but still there is no way i want the weakest P.M we ever had to continue for the next term, I will vote for B.J.P too and hope they form the next govt.

Hi Rashmie, I am also a big fan of BJP and belives they can change the course of India. Since I stay outside India I couldnt vote. But I did my best to convince so many people to vote for BJP. All have gone for BJP and in my state, Karnataka, BJP has made its mark with 19/28. I will discuss with so many people, all are aware of whats going on. Then I wonder, why BJP is loosing and who is voting for the Congress and its allies? UPA and other dont have any words to blame BJP other than Communal. They dont get any thing in their mind. Who belives it? Why dont Indians change? Why they dont want to see India as a global power? Why they want coward leaders who cant protect the country, instead cry for somebody's help? Unanswered ..
