A friend of mine rented a car a week ago. After he returned the car to the agency, a couple of days later, the agency wrote him a written letter claim that he damages the car. He wrote back a letter to explain that he had the car in good condition when he returned it. Now the agency claim about $600 from him. What should he do? Some people suggested it, when you return a rental car, the best thing to get proof is, take out your cellphone with a camera, take a couple of pics to prove that the car was in good condition when return. Later in dispute, you can prove it to the agency.
