Do you always brush your teeth before you go to bed?

Hi there, I am wondering whether you brush your teeth before you go to bed everyday. We know sometimes we are very tired. In this case, we do not want to have a bath, we do not want to brush our teeth, we just want to go to bed. This is really bad to our health. Our teeth may be hurt by this bad habit. So do you brush your teeth before you go to bed everyday? Do you have any other good habits that are good to your health?

I brush my teeth three times a day. Dentists recommend to brush out teeth twice a day but I make it thrice a day because I always want my mouth to smell fresh. There I times that I want to brush my teeth more than three times but I don't do it because it is bad for the enamel of our teeth. The enamel of our teeth is the hard part of our teeth that protects our teeth from decaying. I also use mouth wash every other day. IT is not good to use mouth everyday because it destroys the pH of our mouth thus making it less acidic and causing the bacteria to grow. I also use dental floss to make sure that my teeth are really clean. I take a bath three times a day if it is really hot. I cannot sleep without taking a bath first, so I really do take a bath before going to bed. I love keeping myself clean. I clean my ears, thrice a week, It is not also good if you lean your ears everyday because you can actually introduce foreign substances to your ear and it can be infected. A little ear wax is healthy for our ears. Why? It is because it protects our ears from foreign substances. I also clean my navel and my nails a lot. So, those are my rituals to keep my self clean and healthy.

Yes, I always brush my teeth before going to bed. It is a habit to me and my day won't be complete going to bed without brushing my teeth. In case I would be tired and really want to go to bed right away, I see to it that I have to gargle with listerine or Astring a Sol. My other habit is taking a body shower before going to bed. It feels refreshing when I am on my sleep. Another habit that is good for our health is to take more than 8 glasses of water a day. Water is a good therapy too.

I brush my teeth every morning and nearly every night.I usually forget at night,although i know it is better than morning.
