Journel or diary?

Does anyone keep a journel or diary? I keep a journel and I have for quite awhile. I find it is good therapy sometimes to write down what is bothering me! As a teenager I kepted a diary like alot of girls do!

I used to write my daily happenings and my goals in a dairy. When I was in boarding school some of my classmates found out about it and started teasing me. After that i stopped writing the dairy.

I keep a food journal these days. At one point i kept a diary too but i've stopped that and havent done it for the last 8 years. I write on myjournal at times when things really bug me these days and occasionally in a book but not on a daily basis.

I don't write in my journel every day. I most write in it when I'm in the mood or need to get something off my chest!
