hey my lotters i have a question for you what percent of men do you think gets rape a year in America? I was reading an article that was really interesting. this article alluded to the fact that it might be a higher percentage than we think because most men fail to report such Occurrences.

Men While nearly 1.5 million women are victims of intimate partner violence each year, the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC) says men are also victims of rape and physical assault. According to NCIPC, more than 800-thousand men are raped or physically assaulted by someone they know every year. In fact, one out of every 14 U.S. men reported such an experience. http://www.stayinginshape.com/4union/libv/p48.shtml

i dont know. i know that it happens more in prison then out in the real world. i would have to say some where around 25%. i would be shocked if it was higher then that. its not something that you hear about a lot in the news. there are more reports of women being raped more then men. i can understand why a man would not report it.
