How many meals do you have everyday? - Do you have another meal before sleeping?

Now i have three meals everyday,and it must be a commom habit for most people. However,i often feel somewhat hungry before sleeping,because it is already 7 hours since i have had my evening meal,and there still is 8 hours for my breakfast. So myloter, Do you have another meal before sleeping? How many meals do you have everyday? happy myloting^

I have three meals everyday.And I don't have another meal before sleeping. I think it is good for health. Eating too much before sleeping will do harm to our health.

hi pxhnchsh, i have also heard that eating too much before sleeping will do harm to our health.Maybe just for this,i will hesitate to eat something ,even though i really feel somewhat hungry. So,it seems to be a good way to have the supper later^…… happy myloting *^^*

Everyday I will have three meals, too. They are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Occasionally we will have night snacks like the desserts. I love China

Yeah, "three meals a day" is just a common habit for us,but maybe it is just a tradition & can also be altered .So we can have night snacks before sleeping,and only remember that just not too much^ have a nice day!*^^*

i will take 4 meals in a day . i will take breakfast plus milk,in morning at 10 o clock, and at 2 o clock i will take lunch and at evening 5.30 to 6.00 pm i will take snacks and fruit juice, and at night 9 o clock,i will take dinner. u take any snacks lightly in evening and take milk or juices and take dinner at 8-9 pm and sleep at 10 o clock. then there will be no too much time gap for food. in morning early u can take any breakfast .with this u can have gap of only 7,8 hours, not too much gap of 7 plus 8 hours u are taking. this much gap is not good to ur health. u can get many health problems in future. u can get gas problems or stomach bloating or can get ulcer also . so be careful and see no too much gaps in taking foods. so take dinner at 8 or 9 pm and sleep at 10 o clock.. don;t take big meals in evening time. or at least take fruits and milk before sleep.

In my opinion,if you want to eat ,just do it.For me ,four meals each day is just often ,besides i also eat the snacks ^-^

Yeah,i of course have three meals everyday, you know,i am a good habit man,haha,i dislike to have another meal before sleeping,if i feel hungery,i would have some fruit, i dont know it is a good habit or not, but i know having another meal before sleeping is not good for your stomach!

I was eating 4 meals a day before... But now I can't. I am always in a hurry to go to work so I don't have time to prepaire breakfast. I just have coffee in the morning. Then take my lunch and then dinner.
