Hi n30wing, good day to you my kababayan. Well, in my own opinion i think "Nilagang Karne" is the most usually food that prepare by Filipino because of the reason this food is very easy to be cook and to be prepare together the ingredients is very easy to be find, and as i remember my father told me that this dish is very fast to be cook. Most of the Filipino love eating this kind of dishe, and as i know. In every occasion, there is a kind of this dish and most of the visitors love eating it. I rememember the technique of my father when cooking this dish, he always make sure that the water in the frypan is already boiling, to make sure that when he put the ingredients like the meat it can cook the meat by the temperature. By the way like NILAGANG Karne. This dishes like [b] Adobo, Sisig, Tokwa't baboy, Kaldereta,Menudo, Tinolang Manok, afritada and ETC are really the dishes that are easy to be prepare and one of the dishes, that usually prepare... Those dishes are really great especially, if the cooker of it is great like the Kapampangan. As i know because Filipino loves eating food, they really spend a lot of money just to taste unfamiliar foods. I remember this coming month of april there is a Fiesta here in our province we have a special occasion, which many people here in our province will be happy and the happiness is in the surroundings. Well that's all my response in your forum topic discussion entitled "What usual Filipino food do you cook and prepare". I hope my response is good and interesting that's all. Happy posting and happy earning. Good luck to our earning career. . . Mabuhay! ! !

My husband enjoys eating adobo and tinola. He began to like it the first day he tried it. Now it is one of his favorite. He also like pansit bihon and tried to cook that but of course the taste is not the same as how we cook it. He is not a picky eater so I can let him taste anything. But not yet tried balot hahaha.

I love to cook sinigang (milkfish and pork), menudo, adobo, pinakbet (Ilokano and Tagalog style) tinolang manok, nilaga (pork and beef) and afritada. Inihaw (grilled) bangus and pork are really good specially when you are in the beach. For more simple dish, I do prepare enseladang talong or sweet potato tops or fried tinapa with tomato side dish.

I think the last Pinoy food I prepared was adobong manok at baboy. It turned out pretty well, I guess. If I have the time and chance, though, I would perhaps cook kaldereta, nilagang baka, and tapa, as I'm really craving for such devilishly delicious putahe. Stay active and Happy myLotting!
