HI gladys, i can say some other ideas to loss weight, But it is very difficult to follow, leave the oil content food, dont use the salt for any food item, avoid the sugar at all, For sour dont use the tamarind, if you are doing this you are no need to do excercises also. whatever i said to you ie scientifically proved.

We had difference beleives on how to work it. but depends to the person does have determination to do it properly some wants to reduce it but they are lazy to do. they skip it the possibilities of improvement to their desired. work out and patience are the best on this.

Those are all great ideas but I think the most important thing is to exercise. My sister lost 100 pounds in 2 months by just walking...
