Are non-vegetarian dishes bad for our health? I am confused, can anyone explain clearly?

A non vegetarian food is not bad for your health as long as you have a well balanced diet. Anything you take in excess is bad for you may it be food or not.

Non vegetarian food isn't bad for you health (poultry and fish are actually quite healthy) but red meat is. The human body is not capable of digesting red men and it often can have adverse effects on the human body that can lead to unhealthy fat intake, clogged arteries, heart problems, cancer etc. I would suggest doing a bit more research on it but that is what I found out. Also, I have benn vegetarian for 7 years and haven't had so much energy in my life.
