How many times you DRINK Water Daily?

How many times you Drink water? - We have to take around 8-10 litres of water in summer and on average 8 litres are must for anormal person and i am drinking only 5 litres and i ma trying to increase it for 8 litres.So, how many litres you drink daily?

As per my Doctor we have to drink 8litres of water daily and i am trying to drink.Myself drinking 5-6 litres of water daily and that too lower as per my doctor's mark.And this summer daily we have to take 8-10 litres as due to sun dehydration happens and our water in the body goes out in the form of sweat.So I request you o drink more water and live happily in summer too along with good health.Drinking more water flushes off the stones if appeared in he kidneys and its really true and decreases overheat in our body.

I think i must be a "success" in drinking water,and the moment when i sit before the desk & table,i will put a bottle of water,with the volume 800 ml, in front of me. I will drink at least 5 to 6 bottles of water a day. *^^* thank you for your suggestion & have a nice day!

You are good at drinking dear and keep drinking more and keep your health good and start eating fresh fruits along with water so that you can have good resistance power and you can work more dear i guess.Also you will have glowing skin and you will in a good shape by decreasing many calories.Try out and observe the change.Keep smiling and thanks for your comment dear.

I drink about 3-4 litres of water a day. 8-10 seems a lot to me. But perhaps during the summer when my body temperature is higher, I will have to start thinking about drinking more. I have never had problems with kidneys or anything like that. I do drink many cups of tea (black sort) too, and that's made with water, so perhaps I am getting enough. - Derek

Yes ofcourse don't feel that you are drinking too much of water just drink and that will helps to fight the diseases in future and now.It will increase your resistance power in your body so that you may not get affected to seasonal diseases dear.And make your friends and your colleagues to drink too so that they will also be in a good health dear.

thats Kool dear and go on drinking 8 litres and would like trisha most!Once trisha told in an interview i guess that she will drink more water around 10 litres to keep her shape in a right manner as she used to go for shootings to different places and anyways take enough water and keep your health good and mind peaceful dear.Keep smiling.

I love drinking water. On a daily basis I drink about a half gallon to a gallon of water a day. During the summer I go through about almost 2 gallons of water in one day. My children as well love water. They are drinking about 20oz of water day.

I should say that the quantity of water I have been drinking daily has kept reducing for the past few months.Especially after I joined my new workplace where there is not a proper hygienic water supply.Hence I drink water only during lunch break when I go out to eat.To add to this I also have a greater share of tea and coffee which are supposed to be great diuretics and draw water out of the body!I have now resolved to drink an adequate amount of water and that I would carry a water bottle to my workplace and if possible refill it from a restaurant so that I have my share of water for the entire day.

Yes do like that nikhil take a 2 litre bottle in the morning from your home and drink before afternoon.Again fill with water from the place where you will go for taking lunch and from afternoon you can drink 2 litres more and on total you will drink 4 litres when you are at your work place and when you will got to your home,from the evening take 2 litres more before you sleep so total of 6litres in a day and it is not bad its good for your health and ask your friends to do like that.

I know all the health benefits and I can feel and see the difference in my skin and body when I go for a long period of time drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. I usually start first thing and make myself have a glass every hour or so. It's not always easy especially in winter but it is worth doing! My skin is so much better!

It's good for us to drink at least 8 litres of water daily. But I'm not the kind of person who likes drinking water. Sometimes, I may forget to drink any water a day, which is a bad habit. These days, I try to remind myself from time to time to drink water because I'm a teacher, I have to speak a lot in the class. If I drink no water, my throat aches.

Exactly if you have to drink more as you have to speak in classes to the students and you are in a position in telling and you have to tell them too about the advantages of drinking the water friend.As summer already came you have to drink more as you may get dehydrated and think of it or consult you doctor so that he may explain how many litres to take minimum daily.Have a good health and keep rocking in mylot.

8 liters is too much i think. 2 to 3 liters enough for me.I drink water after finishing eating anything and when i feel thirsty.In summer generally we thirsty but during winter we are not.I try drink water atleast one glass every two hours.I think this is enough.Happy mylotting...

Okay dear but drinking only 2 to 3 litres are for your thirsty and while eating and what about your purification of blood,getting resistance power to your organs,for glowing skin,energy to your body etc many more so you have drink 3 more litres for all of these i guess and please take advice from your doctor if you don't mind dear.happy mylotting for you too.

5-6 glasses is too little i guess dear and i suggest you to drink 5-6 litres if possible.Don't get worried to drink that much just try for one week and you will get habituated taking 5 litres daily i guess.And it will keeps your ski glow and gives you good shape to your body,decreases calories etc and many more things that are good to your body dear.

I am not very sure how much water I drink everyday.But I go to the drinking trough about 5 to 8 times per day.Once I feel thirsty I will come to pick water,also sometimes I don't feel thirsty,I will drink water.I think the more water we drink,the more health we are.

Exactly more water more healthy we will be and we will susie.I request not only all of our mylotters and also all of the people to drink more water as water is more abundant on our planet than any other so that we should be healthy enough so that we will be active to do any type of work and we will have good resistance power dear.Thanks for responding and please try to intake about 6-8 litres of water daily along with fresh fruits and juices okay!!

I drink 4-5 litres of water every day. The concept of why we have to drink more water is very simple. Why do you bath? How much water you need to bath? We bath because to keep ourselves clean and tidy, to wash all the dust, sweat which is there on our body. While bathing, you need atleast 2 buckets of water. You cannot bath with juz 2 mugs of water. In the same way, our organs also need bath. We give bath to them by drinking water. So that they can function very well and keep us healthy. So we have to drink a minimum of 3-4 lts of water everyday.

Drinking more water suggests low risk of getting sick. Specially this summer season it is adviced we drink more water, which would tend us not to be dehydrated. Thank heavens our weather is tolerable enough...

Yes dear tony its a good to take more water as summer already approached nd we have to be ready to face that by drinking more water so that we won't get dehydrated and we won't face any sun strokes to us.Please tell this type of suggestions to your friends,neighbours and kids mainly you know so that they too will take care of their health okay.Keep smiling tony.

people just fail to remember of importance of taking water to keep yourself hydrated....i would take in about 10-15 glasses of water every day....but if the conditions outside are very sultry you need more water to go into your system....

Yes dear evryone should know that they have to take more intake of water so that they can overcome dehydration and sunstrokes as well.Drinking water not only for those said above but also increases resistance power in our bodies which will stop effecting fever,cold etc diseases and gives good shape and glowing skin and also good and active mind compared to others dear.And thanks for responding and keep mylotting.

To be frank I was a victim of kidney stone and after the operation the doc said that I need to take at least 4 litres of water a day and since then I ha=ve taking that amount of water and now have realised that it helps you diastibilise problems too.

Oh! okay now you are safe and free from stone in your kidney!My father got stones in kidney too sir and doctor told to drink more water so that they will get flush off and he did and he is out of them now and that moment i realized that one should have to take water more so that we can prevent formation of such stones in kidneys really sir.Thanks for your reply keep mylotting.

I can't say exactly how many times I drink water...but one thing is sure in my daily life that I drink water in the early morning and the time before I go to bed....in between I don't have a routine to take water....when ever I feel thirsty I took it....

I haven't counted.About 7 to 10 times a day,I always feel thirsty,so I have to drink 3 to 5 glass of water per day.

No need dear once you are drink more but if you are drinking less you should think of your self about drinking more because it will cost nothing and gives you more advantages and gives glow to your skin and good power so that diseases couldn't effect easily and i think you know all of these and start drinking more dear.keep smiling.

You are thinking drinking 10 glasses of water is more than enough but 10 glasses=? is it 3-4 litres approximately and if it is so you are gonna face some problems when summer starts because due to dehydration water will go out in the form of sweat and we have to fill that water in our body, if we don't we will effected by sun-stroke etc.so please be aware of that and start drinking more water around 5 litres at least and 8 litres at the time of summer okay.Happy my lotting to you too dear.

i dont know cos i never count how much water that i drink... but i drink 3 glasses everytime i thirsty... 3 glasses each when i wake up in the morning, after eat my lunch and dinner, before i go to nap, wake up after nap, before i go to sleep in the night, and everytime i feel thirsty.... =)

Please be careful dear because you may get effected so keep drinking whenever you got time to drink okay.Why because it costs nothing to drink water and it helps to keep our bodies shape and even it purifies our blood every time we drink the water.As per doctor we have to take at least 6-8 litres per day and try for that and nothing will be happen to your health.take care keep mylotting dear.
