travel booking sites have no customer service

If you book your tickets on Orbitz, or travelocity, expedia, you might not get any customer service at all if you have questions, or other issues in regarding your tickets and schedules. Why? Because they outsource their customer service to other countries. When you try to call their service line, someone with an accent, and has absolutely no experience might answer your phone. Still, they couldn't help you much. So, why would you pay those booking fees to those website?
