own your own ptc

ever since I discovered ptc's I thought "wow, thats one heck of a business" and while i was on a ptc site there was a link where you could buy your own ptc and run it, but I'm not sure about legitimacy, thats where you guys come in if you want to check out the site and tell me what you think, and tell me if you've heard anything about it...I wish I had the copy and paste option available right now lol www.international-advertising-network.com/shop/index.php
