Colleagues with issues!!

I work at a place that has 60 people in it and it mostly smooth sailing apart from there are individuals that are far from liked by all. There one guy Who loves to just annoy people for the hell of it. Normally just office banter but sometimes he goes to far like the time he was constantly picking on one person and then started to get personal which i found so wrong. I myself just wanna go into work and get the job done without the hassle of idiots like that dont you agree?

i work with this person who is obsessed with cats, this person even takes there cat regulary to therapy and does eevrything for the cats. Also this person withh sit here and be super nice to you to your face but will talk bad about you to the rest of the office.

I was once told that 80% of work related stress comes from co-workers annoying habits. All right that being said, the guy who smells bad, just tell him. In a nice calm level voice, look dude, you smell bad, please buy a better deodorant, don't know how to help about the driving. But I have worked with smelly people that is what I say, and they either, get mad, which means they are too lazy to shower, or cite some condition they have that prevents them from smelling clean. I would bring the lazy guy to the attention of the bosses boss. I do not very much like working with people lazier then I am, and if I can't encourage them to work harder, or work at all, I tell my boss, if he does nothing, I will tell his boss. Every body has issues, and when we work together, we should all be constantly trying to better ourselves and those we work with, keep at it, and before too you long you will have the best team in your company.
