how to gain weight

i donot have much weight i eat much but it does effect on my health i want to gain my weight is there any way or any time table for diet which i should follow ritika

Maybe you are a boy.Because so many people want to lose weight these days,but on the contrary ,you want to gain weight.i think it is much easier to gain weight than lose it.Having meals on time,doing more exercises and keeping a good mood may help you complete your aims.

i am not boy i am a girl of 26 and slim but i want to gain weight at lest five kg so that i can look more sweet

If you are genuinely underweight, if eating more and doing less does not do the trick, you should see a doctor. There could be a medical problem, like an abnormally high metabolism that is too efficient in burning the calories. I also heard that people who fidget a lot can keep pounds off. Since they do it all day long, that is their exercise, and it keeps their weight down. If that applies, stress management may be the answer.
