Has Star Referrals actually gotten you any referrals?

I advertise myLot & other money-making sites on Star Referrals (a free traffic exchange site) ALL THE TIME and haven't gotten ONE referral out of it. I'm beginning to think that advertising at PTC sites is a waste of time. I'd like to hear from others who HAVE had more luck than me at using Star Referrals. Have you actually gotten any referrals from using this traffic exchange site, or any other for that matter? Do you find them to be an effective way of getting referrals?
