the rain and bad drivers

it's been raining a lot from where i'm from. but the pouring doesn't last very long but it's long enough to create puddles on the road. i hate it that sometimes when i'm walking from one place to another after the rain has poured, some drivers are so inconsiderate that they just speed away like they own the road, making me wet with the puddles they run through. grr...bad drivers!

Some drivers do that on purpose. Is there such fun in making people wet? I do personally have some experience in the situation. There is a rising number in inconsiderate people these days.

yea I know what you mean ! over here it seems that whenever it starts to rain people loose all the knowledge and common sense and courtosy they have when they leaned to drive ! but hey look at it this way at least your wet from a puddl and not driving o the road with them ;) that would be even worse! ~M~
