Yes, it is true. The well known political common tator (though, not just an ordinary spud) George Will has raised the question of whether or not the stimulus package is constitutional. More about that here. http://www.nypost.com/php/pfriendly/print.php?url=http://www.nypost.com/seven/03292009/postopinion/opedcolumnists/the_illegal_stimulus_161853.htm I say that obviously the stiumulus package is not constitutional, but since when has things like that mattered when it got in the way of destroying America? What do you say?

I agree with the NY Post, I actually read this article yesterday. Since 0bama is actively violating the Constitution that he SWORE to uphold and protect (and so is Congress), it is past due that he be made accountable for his actions. I say let the impeachment proceedings begin!

While I certainly agree that knowingly bankrupting the U.S.A. with the stimulus package is a "high crime or misdemeanor" worthy of impeachment procedings, unfortunately, 0bama's co-conspirators are the people who would have to bring the charges and the people who would have try him on the charge. Jeesh....
