what will you do if you are in angry?

i don't know what to do to treat angry, some time i show ,some time i don't show, i don't want to many angry around me ,and i always angry if i face to somebody or talk to somebody.

Hi,
I count 100 to 1 (in reverse order)quickly
Or,have a stroll(garden/outside office).
It calms me down,in no time!
