I don't think I would want to live forever because I would not want to watch my loved ones die around me. I would not want to see my kids pass before me. I would not want to see the world get worse. I would want to live my life fully to the end and evetually pass like evryone else leaving behind memories with my loved ones. I could be happy with this. Would you want to live forever and why?

Like you, hustonphotography, I do not want to live forever. But that is because I think I would lose my drive, my quick thinking, etc. Those things that come to all humans because we have a limited life span. In the end, I would lose my humanity.

Nice response. I think you are right. I now I would get bored. It would be hard to live life to the fullest if all you were doing was living on and on.

I don't find any one single reason that I should live forever. Just like as you said I would be losing everything I love and worse I shall be witnessing it. Infavt this particular thought makes me so apprehensive, to lose my loved ones. I think I am not brave enough to face it, so I pray that I should be the one first to go. I can bear everything but not that pain.
