Listening to Prs. Obama's "news conference" about GM and Chrysler just convinces me more that that guy and the US Constitution have never met. Does he feel any responsibility whatsoever to the Constitution or his oath of office? The entire speech an be summed up with: "We have no intention of running GM and Chrysler... Here is how we are going to run GM and Chrysler." Not only is he violating his Oath of Office and the US Constitution, he is lying through his teeth. Nowhere in the US Constitution does it authorize the President of the United States to dictate the policy and business model of a private company... not even one that accepts money from the US Government. The Big BO also has no authority to leverage a buyout of Chrysler. He stated pretty clearly that Chrysler would be joining with Fiat... Fiat being the majority partner. Who does this guy think he is? It is also massively discriminatory. What is so sacred about jobs at GM and Chrysler? People all over the US are losing their jobs, but apparently to The Big BO, only auto industry jobs are important enough to spend billions propping up. It's time we reminded our elected officials about their responsibilities to uphold and support the US Constitution instead of their own petty pet projects. All Obama is doing here is playing petty dictator.

"that guy and the US Constitution have never met" I disagree completely. He's a constitutional lawyer. I believe he studied the constitution the exact same way that atheists study the bible or a general studies an army of terrorists. He studied it with hatred in his heart and searched for every way to discredit and undo it so he could turn others against it. He knows the constitution well, well enough to destroy it. He also knows the ignorance of the American public well enough to exploit them and lead them down his chosen path of socialism.

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/30/us/politics/30obama-text.html?emc=tnt&tntemail1=y This is a link to the transcript of the speack. I compleatly agree. This man is overstepping the boundries of the US president. I hope that the big three tells him to kiss their butts and makes it on their own. But I do not think that they will.

The only thing I know for sure is that in a few years when it is time to buy a new truck I will be buying from the company that took the less amount of taxpayers money, or it will be a Toyota.

If anyone thinks it will stop with the banks and the auto industry they are dangerously mistaken.
