What is your favorite Herbal medicine?

I like ginger alot as well as Chamomile tea. Very nice and relaxing to drink. What is your favorite herbal medicine?

Peppermint is the one I use the most, I use this for indigestion instead of tums. It works very well most of the time.

I like peppermint tea but for some reason it causes me to have indigestion. I dont know I am weird.

Hey there! My favorite would also be ginger. Whenever I have sore-throat I drink ginger ale. I also like Oregano for it's fast and effectiveness but I hate it's taste. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

I think I got to say mine is ginger. We use it in lots of meals. Last night we had ginger with chicken and Chinese vegetables. I grated quite a few large roots of it.. - Derek
