Anyone else had problems with cashle?

Recently i joined cashle. To make a long story short they kept promoting point2shop. When i tried to complete a points offer they directed me to the point2shop site with a registration page. I filled out my info then got blocked from both sites. they're trying to tell me that you can't have both a cashle and point2shop account even though they promote it. so now I can't get into even my cashle account and they took away all my earnings I made.
That seems very unfair to me. I email them and am currently working on the problem. They're trying to tell me that I should have known i couldn't sign up for both.

My problem with them is they keep asking me if i sign in on a public computer and if I know someone I have never heard of

On the FAQ section itself, they have mentioned that they are using high end security systems to trace malpractices. Due to this, sometimes even innocent members are being punished and banned from the site for ever.
In other words, it is one of the strictest sites in this department.
Cashcrate is liberal compared to cashle.

I think the problem is that your account for cashle.com also works for points2shop. So most likely you went to register for points2shop from cashle.com but since you were already a member of cashle they probably thought you were trying to create two accounts for yourself which is against their rules. Hope this helps.
