Maybe if I could find someone whom I am sure he can be trusted, I would prefer to enter a new commitment with someone else than to stay at the corner and wait for good things to happen until I could have peace in mind.. He could be someone whom I could lean on his shoulders and he could be a good companion. But If I could not find this man, I would choose to be alone, think for good things and better plans.

It's always best to take some time for yourself before entering into another relationship after a previous one has ended. Everyone has issues right after a breakup and sometimes you don't make the best decisions at that time. This is why rebound relationships usually don't last.

I think people have affairs for many reasons... hoping that someone else will "fix" their problems, wanting to feel desirable, seeking attention that they feel is lacking in their marriage, even looking for someone to provide them with greater financial security or stability. There are probably as many reasons as there are people. Problem is, you really can't resolve a bad relationship by rushing into another one. People need to end bad relationships and find out who they are as individuals again, before even considering other partners.

well it depends on the situation! but i would rather be alone after the separation... need time to heal the wounds and to be up again. maybe that particular person have something that their husband don't have!
