What do you do in order to lose weight -- exercise or diet or both?

I am lazy when it comes to exercising. Thus in order for me to lose weight, I usually diet by skipping dinner. How about you, what do you do in order to lose weight? Do you exercise? Do you diet? Or do you do both exercise and diet?

Hi, Exercise and balanced diet both are necessary to loose weight. If you find it difficult to exercise daily exercise atleast thrice a week.

I want to lose weight by skipping the meal but I can't help having it.So I must do exercising in order to lose weight. Taking steps is my way.

I actually do both, not much into diet, but I cut down my food intake and I lost some weight in just a week of doing it. I find it hard to motivate myself to do the exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes or more, but I want to lose some weight so I'm trying my best.

Good luck on your exercise regimen! I also find myself laxy when it comes to exercising. So I am counting on my daily household chores to fill-in my lack of exercise. Although I am hoping that sooner, I'll find the motivation to put in a few minutes of exercise daily.

i do a little brisk walking every morning. i can't stick to any diet regimen ... i love to eat and i find myself weak if i skip meals. what i do is i stay away from meat may it be from pork of beef and i lessen my intake of rice per meal. i indulge my self in eating fruits and vegetables. i don't call it dieting coz i can still eat all the foods that i like to eat.
