Novalogic, what are they doing?!

Seriously though, what are they playing at. They announced that their new game, Angel Falls would be comeing out Fall, 2008. Its now 2009 (obvioulsy) and still we only have a few screenshots and a few details about it.
What do you guys think.
Do you think they should have not announced it at all last year or do you think they thought it would come out last year but they were slower than they expected.
