How to change a template at Blogger.com?

I am going to host my new domain on Blogger soon. I don't want the templates available at Blogger. Can I add my own template? If I am not asking too much, can anyone tell me how to do so?

Blogger.com has provided some templates. You can choose one of them. Do not have all the options that fit with your blog? The most important is the name of the blog.
