Have you ever had excess mucous in your throat that was caused by allergies or congestion? I have this problem right now and am not very sure how to deal with it. Does anyone have any tips of hot to get rid of the excess mucous? Thanks!

This morning when i woke up and then on my way to the fruit stand this morning i was doing the throat gurgling noise. I had a lot of mucus in my throat and i was spitting it up like crazy. If you do have some of that going on i would suggest getting some mucinex and taking that, that medicine helps really good. I do take that as well when im having some congestion problem and by the next day im feeling better. Hope i was able to help

Yes I get a lot of mucus in my throat from allergies. The best way to combat that would be to clear out the post nasal drip. I found that flonase would help a lot with that or you could try an antihistime to cut down on the drip.
