How do i know i have completed a task?

I got a couple of task to do yesterday. I accepted a few and went to work, it was a 4paragraph write up on binding machines, finished the write up and clicked submit..the page just seem to reload..still tellin me to type in my content, i re-typed my content and clicked submit, still the same..I continued for over the 4hr alloted nothing, by the time i checked my completed task it showed nothing.. My moral is low, i feel cheated wat do u think happened, someone put me tru.
