Is Usenext fake or real?

i just hear the name of this site on most of the rapidshare,warez,etc.
i want to know whether it is a scam or legitimate.if any of you have experienced it please share your experiences here or what to think about this.

Usenext is legit. I have heard a lot of good stuff from them but I would rather have a free slow download then a paid for fast download. Why download warez if you have to pay for them. That's the way I look at it. Hope this helps you in anyway. Happy myLotting!
