Pet Insurance

I have seen an ad for Pet Insurance, now granted the economy stinks right now, would you ever consider getting pet insurance for your animal? I think it is gad enough that I can't even afford my own health,car, rent/house insurance let alone to think of pet insurance. granted I love my pets to death and many times they are more attentive and faithful than my own husband and child. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

I heard reports that they take your money, and when you file a claim, they make excuses why you are not qualified. Still, if you can afford the payments, you would be able to get your pets spayed and vacinnated regularly. They might even pay for a surgery.
My idea is to stash some money every month in a box or a safe in your home and use that money only for pet medical care. When the time comes, at least you will have something to help with the bill.

my doggy is also more attentive than my wife or kids tooooooooo,, she will keep an eye on me every moment I am out of my room,,but insurance no way,,
