I have a dollar left in my paypal, what should I do with it?

I just realized that there are the HYIP high yeild investment programs on the internet, that are actually giving a 100 $ for 1$ investment, if you have invested before please tell me all the risks involved and the gain.

I would just save it. Just a dollar really can't do much with it.
