I am preparing my lunch today

after a long time i got up early to prepare my lunch, as usually mother does it, i love cooking but not so early in the morning, anyways i thought i will prepare some tomato rice and egg have a great day

You're lucky to have your mom. I miss being home. WHen I wasnt married yet & I still live with my parents & grandparents, they cook for me too. But now, I am married so I do all the cooking. For lunch, hubby & I had some vermicelli soup with meatballs topped with spring onions. For dinner, we had veggie salad & turkey meatloaf sandwich. Your tomato, rice & egg sounds good. I'd probably add some fried salmon or tilapia with that & thats gonna be even better! Happy Mylotting!

My husband and I will be having spaghetti for lunch today. I have already prepared the sauce in a big pot and it's in the fridge. Later will heat it up. I only have to boil the spaghetti to go with it. I guess we will be having spaghetti for lunch the next two days as the sauce is a lot in the big pot. Our favourite - yummy!
