job or self employment.which one is better???

hey friends..
today i have see many people who are preferring self employment over jobs.....what can be the reason?like my boss has an office of his own and employs around 6 others under him..........if taken in the stride of unemployment that is really good as if he had joined a job the 6 of us would have not got a job .............
the question i used to have is that is there enough security in self employment,but in current situation the jobs are even more insecure........
so what should be the best option????self employment or getting into a job??????

I'd rather go to self - employment, I have my own work schedule and I'm the boss. But since I'm still young and quite sure of something I save my money first, to be successful it's better to start up business if you are equip with knowledge and techniques. For now i'm enjoy working with a company while searching for the best small business that needs a small capital.

I really hope you find a business that meets your needs and you do well at it, just remember not to fire yourself if you make a mistake.

Dear friend,
I hope the job satisfaction is another major one which one gets from a particular employment. May it varies from people to people. For me I would choose self employment as it has much freedom but responsibility is another side that is be well dealt.

My own opinion on this one is having a job. Think about it, if you are self-employed and you get mad at the boss, you are going to look pretty silly yelling at yourself about the work load. If the boss is yelling at you about your lousy work, well you're still going to look silly because you are still yelling at yourself.

I say that self employment is the way to go, because you will have the freedom to create your own wealth, then depending on someone else to create that wealth for you. But in the process of creating your own wealth you must have 3 qualities and that is to have discipline, thought and control. If you carry these 3 ingredients you are on your way to self prosperity. these 3 basic principles can bring you a sense of joy, piece and happiness to your life.
