What would you do?

I will do nothing, it's not my business. The best way is far away form them, because I can't change anything. I think the female colleagues also know the fact the supervior is married. Choosing to contact with him is her own lifestyle.

i will not mind them its none of my business... but for some thing it feels like it does not good. but i will just keep it to myself.

Well of course Iwould feel awkward knowing that your boss is married. What can I do is to keep my mouth shut and just do my job in the office. Although if I would be asked for an opinion about it I would say my piece and stand by what I said. I would never allow such a relationship to happen. But since I am not the boss and I have no power or influence over that situation I would just keep silent about it at all.

I would try to stay clear of it unless the colleague was a good friend and then I would just advise them that it's not wise to have an affair with a married man, that they could get hurt. You can't force the willing, so if they're willing to go down that road all you can do is advise.

I would ingore the activity and not let it bother me. What they do is there bunissess and a person should not let it affect them or there job.
