are you bugged by sales people? i am most of the time. they follow you and hover like a bee. they offer you things when you're not even looking. aren't they supposed to be trained to detect which shoppers liked to be hovered over?

Well if your not looking to buy anything then most of the time its not the best to even be out in the stores. I love the sales and clearance racks, most of the time that is were i buy everything. It's a lot easier for me because then i can buy more things then just buying one thing and then i go home with more clothes and i enjoy that. I just got some cute shirts that were on clearance at Charlotte Russe for 4.99 and i was able to get two shirts instead of maybe just one.

there are instances that i'm at the mall because i'm going to the mall's supermarket and the only way to do this is to pass through other stores if i enter a mall entrance where commuter vehicles stop across.

no customer likes to be hovered over. there's a fine balance between being helpful and being pushy, and I think I manage it rather well as a sales assistant. you need to be able to read body language. however. when you are shopping, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... if a sales assistant says "hello" remember that snapping "I'm just looking" is NOT an appropriate response to being greeted. it's RUDE. and irrelevant to the exchange offered. if they ask if you need help and you don't, say No thank you, I'm fine just looking. just because they are at work at a time you are not does not give you the right to be rude. you are not BETTER than them. would you like to be treated like that when you're working?
