Are you sensitive or insesitive to others

Am asking this whether sometime you like people to listen to your points, thoughts and make decisions based on your thoughts alone. Are you kind of this person who does not give others chance to proof their argument. Or are you one who listens first and let other people air out their views freely. Which side do you think you normally get yourself without knowing. And how do you deal with this traits if you belong to one

I guess I am a little of both, I never discuss my problems, I solve them myself . But I will listen to other' problems and I will offer to help if I can.
