Does anyone have a Payoneer card?

I was going to join this web-site where the payments are only paid to your Payoneer card. I don't have a Payoneer card, so have been trying to find out about it. From what I've found so far there are all sorts of charges for having the card including a monthly amount. I am worried that if I get a card and then don't earn anything, I'm going to be stuck with something that I have to pay for every month. Does anyone have any experience with Payoneer?

Well, u mistaken there. Yes, I have my payoneer, and it cost me no single dime to get it delivered right to my doorstep. The envelope saying that it was deliver from Belgium. I am from Indonesia. There are fee concerning payoneer. But you should know, you won't be charged if you don't use it (it is prepaid mastercard, not a credit card). And you dont have to load the money by yourself (though it is possible). That is the use of ordering from payoneer's partners for. Payoneer only accept order from their partners. You can not register for one, directly by visiting their official website: payoneer.com Once you have it in your hand, you just need to go to the official website to activate it. But to get all sort out, you must realized that having it activated, doesnt mean you are now able to use it. Coz in order to use it, you must load it 1st. Now the rule is, you must load initially from the partner's website. As you know you are getting payooner so that the partner's can start paying u as their affiliate through it. After reaching certain amount of minimum payment, you can then able to load your payoneer yourself. Ive been making due diligence on several payooner's partner. And i decided to join friendfinder, coz it pay u better. Just PM me if you want a tutor on how you can get payooner all for free, and even better I will show u how you can get paid from friendfinder easily for no single penny drop out of your pocket. (but only if you join under my referral :D) Oh, to add more spicy to it: did u know that u can use payoneer to verify your paypal as well?

I joined Push Button Extreme a while back and they use Payooner. However, PBX changed it to Alertpay instead because Payooner charged a lot fees. There's an activation fee and maintenance fee i think. But also, they charged you everytime you put money in the card ($4 if i am not mistaken). If you are thinking of joining Push Button Extreme, it is paying. It is a bit expensive to join but you can earn good money specially if you can refer people. The matrix takes a while to cycle. But if you have at least 3 active members then you are already in profit. If you want to join under me, pm me so I can send you my link. :)

Thanks for responding. That is not the web-site I was going to join, and there is no way I'd pay anything to join a web-site.

I see. I just applied for this card and it was sent to me a couple of days ago. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I'm not sure of the fees but if what you earn is less than the fees, then better not join. I think the fact that it's an international card make the fees high.
