Do you like to take a nap in the afternoon. If you do, where, at work, at home,etc.

no normally i don't does that because i feel is a litter lazy ..if got choice for me i rather not to sleep. my brother in law said i should stay in New york the only country don't sleep. is true, my country shopping central is only opening 8 to 10 hour a day.after i finish my work the shop all close... and if i wanted to but something or do something i can't

Hello valpopa, I rarely take naps during the afternoon for I always have a hard time sleeping during bedtime.

Sometimes I would like to take a nap but I never do because I wake up cranky and more tired than I was before I laid down. My best friend takes a nap every afternoon and she loves it! I guess it's good for some and not so good for others.

On week ends i would love to take a nap for a couple of hours. I eat heavily on week ends and that makes me sleepy .

no, i hardly ever take a nap in the afternoon, but sometimes if i just can't keep my eyes open i just end up falling asleep on the sofa or something without realising lol. I used to have naps in the afternoon when i was younger, as i used to always get tired at around the same time of 1:30 2:00pm.
