I hope you enjoy this quick recipe. I cook enough for 1 since my husband doesn't eat ground anything. In a small fryer, brown ground turkey sausage. Saute sliced onion, bell pepper, red pepper and shredded carrots with a pat of butter. (add mushrooms or whatever you like). When ground turkey sausage is fully cooked, stir in vegetables and allow to simmer. In small fryer, allow to get hot. Sprinkle your flour tortilla with cumin, garlic powder and dill. Place a thin pat of butter in pan when hot and place tortilla inside. Brown on both sides. Use as many round tortilla as you need to eat with the amount of meat you cooked. You can season this dish as you wish. I love spicy foods, so I will add micro thin slices of scott bonnet peppers or crushed red peppers and cook with the ground turkey sausage. I don't care for turkey bacon, but I have flipped over the ground turkey sausage.

Sounds interesting... never thought about seasoning the tortilla.

I thought of a similar bread wrap used in the Caribbean called rotti. They are delicious. That seasoned tortilla was the next best thing I could substitute and it just happen to work out.
