If someone gave you $100,000 dollars for free what would you do with it?

First of all, I would pay off my husband's education loan and use part of the rest to buy a car. With a bit remaining, I would invest wisely to multiply it. What would you do if someone gave you so much money? Spend it all or save a bit of it?

I think a world tour on 100,000 may not be possible but its definitely a start.

I would use it as downpayment for a house. Right now the property market is down and all the nice big houses are selling at a very low price. The problem is securing the loan. With $100,000 as downpayment, the bank is more willing to provide a housing loan. When the market is up, I will sell off the house and keep the cash. Then I will think about spending a part of it for holiday.

no strings attached? i'll definitely divide it. a portion in a saving account, a portion on investment, a portion for debts, and a portion for shopping... that would be definitely awesome...
