my parents gave me the name ritchelle. it actually came from st. rita. the nun in the catholic belief who developed the same wounds on her palms just like the one jesus had when he was crucified. my other name ann was from the family of mary, the mother of jesus.

My grandmother suggested my name from her favorite actress which is Sophia Loren. I think I like my name because it sounds posh

St. Rita is the saint of the impossible, right? Well my name Theresa is taken from my mom's, TERESITA whose patron saint was St. Therese. Hers was taken from the almanac. The Aiza was just added just so I'll have a second name which starts with letter A. It was some kind of a rule that all 3 of us siblings should have a second name that starts with A.
