Anyone here ever have a problem with a warranty to company not leaving up to the terms and conditions of the service plan you purchased. Well, I'm here to help. Having successfully gotten nonfunctioning items replaced, I can give you the tips you need in order to get your item replaced. It doesn't cost a single dime and you don't even need an attorney. Rule #1 contact the company , this means call them and most importantly get names. You will definitely want to write down the names and the times you 've contact the company by phone. Rule#2 escalate: when you escalate , this means you want to ask to speak with a supervisor. What if they say one isn't available. Be advised you'll get this line a few times, ask for the name and id information. If they claim they don't have , advise them to look in their center information file and give that information(this will usually give you a moment of silence as they are no doubt wondering how you could have known about this). Rule# 3 When you speak with the supervisor be sure to use the names of people you've talk to recently , the day you talk to them and what you were told. Ask what can they do for you. If they claim, there's not much they can do, tell them you've spent money on a warranty and there's no such thing as "can't do" its what they won't do. Be sure to quote them what is stated in the terms and conditions of your contract. Most have never even read them, so you'll have the upper hand. If your still unable to get help. comeback tomorrow for the next installment.
