Do you experience some diseases in relaton to the very hot weather nowadays?

Right now i have a cough... and i got that from the unbearable heat during the day... and sudden strong rain during late in the afternoon... i have now resorted to taking antibiotics because my cought doesn't want to go away...

Hi meticulo, good day to you my co-mylot member. Well, just like other people due to hot condition of the weather many people encounter sickness because of the heat of summer season. Other got cough and cold right now, like you said because there are times the perspiration of the skin which is wet, sometimes after releasing it to the skin, then you forgot to remove it, our skin absorb that wet which enables us to have a cough and cold. Here in our country most of the people who own this kind of diseases are those kids because of the reason kinds are really energetic which enables them to produce more liquid waste (PAWIS), That can cause this kind of disease, and by the more Filipino perspirating because our country is in the list of tropical country. Well, this days due to unpreictable weather which sometimes the weather is hot, then suddenly the rain will falls down, even it is summer already. I also got this kind of diseases, because the changing of weather conditions really give a bad effect to us. That's why, just like you meticulo, i am just staying here in my room just to have rest and cure this kind of this disease. When i have this kind of disease it really irritate me alot. I think you too my meticulo irritate also with this kind of diseases. And last as i remember, my mother told me that if yot have this kind of disease, the best thing that you must do is to drink alot of water to clean and refrenish your body. With this thing that my mother told me, i can say that this is true and effective, which is i already proved. I experience colds and prickly heat. It's too hot in our place---not only during summertime. I got colds because in our workstation it's too cold and after our duty we are directly exposed to the very hot weather. I got prickly heat because it's too hot in our lodging house.

Last two weeks ago, I had a terrible cough and flu when visiting my sister somewhere north. Those sicknesses almost spoiled my vacation. I have to take lots of antibiotics, fruit juices and water to eventually recover. Afterward, I enjoyed a good day in the beach. There are other "summer diseases" but if we just keep our body healthy and keep proper precautions, we will enjoy summer with less worry about getting sick.
