Do you know a ptc site where I can effectively advertise?

I personally don't click on ptc sites anymore, I feel, and my numbers show, that it's a waste of time. Unless you get referrals, etc., but that's a different topic. Has anybody here effectively ADVERTISED a website on any of the ptc site. I obviously understand that it costs money, and I'm more than willing to pay it. But there being thousands of sites around these days, do you have personally any good experience with getting results. And if so, could you let me know the url?
