What are the differences in terms of security among Credit, Debit and ATM cards? Which one is riskier in terms of fraud among the rest? Why so? Which one is advisable for online purchase among the rest? Why so?

it really depends on where are you going to use it.. i mean, they have different uses.. credit card - use to purchase something if you dont have the cash especially during those emergencies and if you have not enough cash to pay straight. you will have to sign everytime you use it.. and use PIN when purchasing online. my bank (here in the phils)has a dummy card that i use online.. it has a different card number and dummy name for safe use. debit card- if you want to set budget for certain things. you will add fund to that account and they will debit your purchases made. can be safe when used online. even if the account has been stolen, they cannot use it if there is no fund available. if youre goin to use it online, make sure to fund it just enough for the item that you will purchase. dont put too much fund. ATM- usually used for withdrawing cash from your savings account or used for your salary deposit. should not be used online. once stolen, very cash you have on your savings might get lost.. just use it for withdrawal. I recommend: DEBIT CARD
