I think diet and exercise plays a great deal in managing diabetes and it is good to walk or do exercise to keep diabetes under control.

My mother in law has type 2 diabetes. She managed to lose over 100 pounds by eating right and walking every day for an hour. You just have to be vigilant about what you eat and check your blood sugar a few times per day to make sure you are on the right track. If ever you find your blood sugar is too high, the best way to deal with that is to go for a fast paced walk.

I also think that diet and exercise are the best to dealing with diabetes. I also think weight loss will help you to deal it better. I will try to do some walking and also try to lose weight.

Well, I am Insulin Dependant better known as Type 1.5 which is uncommon, but is for the Adults who have Auto Immune disorder who's bodies shut down. For me it is a daily chore dealing with the Diabetes and doing everything that I can to try and keep it under control. There are days where I falter, or other things in life that seem to hinder it, but I always try and do the Best I can.
